**72 Hour Warranty On Health**
This is a binding contract to protect the Seller,
Buyer and the animal sold. This contract covers your newly purchased animal only. Seller will not be responsible for any associated charges for animal after animal has left Sellers home.(Such as any vet bills, shipping,ect.) Buyer must have animal checked by
a licensed veterinarian within the first 72 hours of purchase, if this is not done in the timely manner, this warranty
(contract) is VOIDED! Seller warrants this animal to be healthy at time of purchase.
General Terms And
Conditions:
1.) Return of a animal
or the replacement of an animal must be during the 72 hour period. Buyer will have a signed statement by a licensed veterinarian
stating why the animal is in poor health risk. (Life Altering health problem). Buyer must contact Seller same day.
(Buyer is responsible for ALL Charges for puppy after the puppy leaves sellers home and ALL travel charges).
2.) Seller does not in any way warranty this animal will be of
show or breeder quality. We can try to guess the size at full growth by the charts available to Seller but this is not
in stone. Seller does not warranty the size animal will be.
3.) Should
licensed veterinarian find a life altering illness to cause out come of death or the puppy can not live a nomral PET
life, and you wish to use the warranty, Buyer must bring back warranty paper work, a signed statement from the licensed
veterinarian about the findings, all registration papers or application papers and buyer agrees to sign any and all papers
to return owner ship of animal back to Seller.
4.) Under
NO circumstance should a cash refund be exchanged!
5.) Deposit
is Non-refundable! No Exceptions! That is understood when the Deposit is Placed!
6.) Replacement of a puppy will be done when a puppy is Available and is of Equal value or
you can pay the difference for a puppy. Replacement could take up to 1 year or less depends on the puppy up for replacement.
7.) Shots and wormer are given to animal at Sellers home. We will give you documentation on what the animal has been
given.
We will not be responsible for any charges due
to your vet doubting Seller and regiven animal its shots or for the sickness or death of the animal
if overloaded due to the vet doubling the shots.
8.) Seller
warrants any major genetic defects one year from animals birth. i.e. lungs, heart, kidney. Should animal die
due to any of the major genetic defects an autopsy from a state licensed veterinarian lab is required for replacement
of animal.
I do not warrant for bad knees if that should happen, many things can cause this to happen.
9.)Seller does not warranty HYPOGLACEMIA!(LOW BLOOD SUGAR) AFTER THIS PUPPY
LEAVES MY HOME(Seller).
10.) No Refunds or replacement due
to allergies, incompatibility or landlord trouble.
11.)
Seller reserves the right to refuse replacement of any animal for temperament or problems caused by owner(buyer) negligene
or abuse.
12) The Buyer agrees to maintain the puppy's health...Please note Puppies recieve at least their first
set of shots with me. Your puppy is NOT Protected at this time from diseases such as Parvo, distemper, etc. a puppy needs
at least 4 sets of full shots to be protected. You must continue the shots and protect your puppy from areas that could be
Contaminated.
Buyer Understands and Agrees with the Warranty in the fullest
The breeder has done everything possible
to produce a healthy puppy. This Contract Is Nontransferable!
